WHAT ARE YOUR FEES? 

We will quickly provide a quote if you phone or email us to discuss your needs. We charge an all-inclusive fee for our service. Please call us at 732-514-6669 to set up a home evaluation.

HOW IS MY CAREGIVER SELECTED? 

We will first meet with you and assess the help you need. We then carefully select a caregiver that has the personality and skills you need and introduce the caregiver to you before starting your service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CAREGIVER CALLS OUT OR DOESN’T SHOW UP TO WORK?

Our goal is to assure that our client’s needs and expectations are always satisfied. In the event of an unexpected call out from a caregiver, we will immediately contact other caregivers for your needs.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT?  

We accept cash, check, and all credit cards, Long Term Care Insurance ( Minimum 3 hours a day ). Services are billed on a weekly period.

HOW MANY HOURS AM I COMMITTED TO? 

You are committed only to 2 hours.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT? 

No, we do not have a long term contract. Our agreement  asks for 24 hours notice to terminate svc.
